Can you believe it is almost 2016?! It seems the older I get, the faster the years fly. I seriously DO NOT know where 2015 went! Ok, so that was so much harder than I imagined it would be. Choosing ONLY 15 moments was sooo hard, there were so, so many PERFECT moments that happened in 2015.
Have you heard of people choosing just ONE word to represent their year? Well, I am going to attempt it.. after some reflection, I think my word for 2016 will be PEACE. I chose peace for several reasons. The most is that I want to pray for PEACE; to be at peace with old grudges and things that I can't change. I want to not only accept those things but be at peace with those things. I want to incorporate peace into all that I do- so that it is threaded visibly throughout my relationships and how I respond to others and events happening around me. Once I accept peace into my life, I can really find out what that REALLY and TRULY means, what it looks like. Feels like. I consciously choose PEACE.
