MOOOO!

It's been awhile since I have posted, I need to keep up! Ugh! Let's see... what have we been up to since the New Year? Work, school, and repeat! Sophia is busy as ever and is now almost 19 months and to 20 lbs! FINALLY! :)

She is talking so much and is even beginning to say 2-3 words together. Her favorite phrase is "No, no Bo." Today while playing with her baby, she said "Naughty baby." She loves animals too and knows how to say Moo and match it to a cow, neigh for horse, baa for sheep and whooo hoo for owl. She LOVES monkeys and even has begun watching Curious George short videos on the Ipad. She loves the song "No More Monkeys Jumping on the Bed." and shakes her finger at all the naughty monkeys. She also loves to grab her head and say "ouch!"

We had a relaxing weekend and spent Saturday running a few errands and then today we went to the Botanical Center and Sophia loved running around but her favorite thing to do, of course, was look at all the fish and "tootles." (turtles) :)

We have a short week this week, as Will has tomorrow off and then we all took Friday off so we can drop Sophia off in Marshalltown for the night so Will and I can head to Davenport for Chelsea's (my good friend from ISU) graduation from Palmer Chiropractic. It will be a fun way to get out of town and have some alone time while getting to see old friends. So very proud of her and can't believe how far we have all come from those crazy college days! :)

Looking forward to Spring weather and to see Sophia keep learning more and more!
