What a week of firsts its been! First week back at work for mom and first week of daycare for Sophia. We also had our first shots. :(
Sophia did pretty well her first week of daycare, although she wasn't too interested in eating her entire bottle and had some pretty fussy moments. She doesn't sleep as well for Jen either but am pretty sure that she will adjust soon. She did give Jen lots of smiles and coos though. She must get pretty tired out though because she has slept through the entire night since Monday. (9-5:30)
My first week of work went really well too! I am really enjoying the toddler room. It has been an adjustment to going from infants to 1-2 year olds but I think I will really enjoy it.
Sophia had her 2 month check up and she is now 9 lbs. 14 oz and 22.5 inches long. We made it through her shots although both mom and Sophia shed a few tears. We are a little fussy this afternoon so we may be in for a little bit of a sad night. Gave her some medicine so hopefully that helps a little. We have another busy weekend as we are going to Minneapolis to watch Aunt Brooklyn run in a cross country meet. It is also our 1 year anniversary so it should be fun to get out of town and semi relax! :)
